What we process
Name, mobile number, email address (optional), delivery address for deliveries, the contents of your order and any notes you add. Card and Vipps payments are handled by our payment provider. We never store card numbers.
What we use it for
We use the data to receive, prepare and deliver your order, to contact you about it (for example a text message when the food is ready), and for bookkeeping as required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep the data only as long as needed to handle the order and to meet legal requirements, including the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act. Contact details are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Contact us and we will help you. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
